Lone Star Pest and Lawn LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Lone Star Pest and Lawn LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, receiving, or paying for services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Lone Star Pest and Lawn LLC provides professional pest control and lawn care services for residential and commercial properties. Services are performed according to industry standards, label directions, Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.

No Contracts

Lone Star Pest and Lawn LLC does not require long-term contracts. Services are provided on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the service selected. Customers may cancel future services at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Scheduling & Access

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time, including unlocked gates and pets secured if necessary. Missed services due to lack of access may be skipped or rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or environmental factors. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions may impact treatment effectiveness or timing.

Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Recurring services may be billed monthly or quarterly.

  • Pay-in-full discounts apply only when paid in advance and are non-refundable once services begin.

  • Past-due balances may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel services at any time. Cancellations should be made prior to the next scheduled service to avoid being billed for that visit. Services already performed are non-refundable.

Lone Star Guarantee

Covered pests returning between regularly scheduled monthly or quarterly pest control visits will be retreated at no additional charge.

Exclusions apply, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-existing or severe infestations

  • Structural defects or sanitation issues

  • Environmental conditions beyond Company control

  • Pests or services not included in the selected plan

The guarantee does not apply to missed services, lack of property access, or conditions preventing proper treatment.

Treatment Limitations

No pest control or lawn treatment service can guarantee 100% elimination. Results depend on environmental conditions, property structure, sanitation, and customer cooperation. Lawn care results occur gradually and improve over time with consistent applications.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Follow post-treatment instructions

  • Maintain reasonable sanitation conditions

  • Notify the Company of pest activity or concerns in a timely manner

Failure to do so may limit service effectiveness or void guarantees.

Liability

Lone Star Pest and Lawn LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Improper maintenance

  • Acts of nature

  • Failure to follow post-service instructions

Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Compliance

All services are performed in accordance with Texas Department of Agriculture regulations, EPA label requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
